Bubonic plague….that’s pretty metal, isn’t it?

You can tell I’ve been watching too much Metalocalypse while I’ve been moping around like I’m on the edge of death, coughing up noxious slime and feeling sorry for myself. Which is no fucking good, as tomorrow is the Music Towers ‘Oh Christmas’ Party. It’s going to rock so hard, so I really need to stop being massively ill so I’ll be on top form to dress up like Santa and breakdance like a badass Xmas mo-fo.

PUBLISHED: a live review (actually: a massive rant) of Slipknot’s third show at the Hammersmith Apollo last week.

AND: another live review (actually: bordering on gushing obsession) from last week, this time a piece on the Cancer Bats show at the Kingston Peel.

BUT BEST OF ALL: myself and one of my flatmates managed to muscle in on another flatmate’s work Xmas outing….to Lucha Libre! If this wasn’t awsome enough as it is, we got a free upgrae to RINGSIDE. And there was MIDGET TAG TEAM WRESTLING. I don’t normally like to resort to WRITING STUFF IN CAPITAL LETTERS int he middle of a big mass of text, becuase it looks, well, stupid, but this was sufficiently amazing to deserve it. MIDGET TAG TEAM WRESTLING!
